I would suggest clicking that big SUPPORT button at the top of this web page to create a SUPPORT ticket.. The Staff here will NEVER talk to you about financial or account issues in these forums. They only ever use tickets for this.
Just as an FYI: These forums are not for reporting issues to GMs or Staff. They exist only for:
1. A place where players can help each other with gameplay questions.
2. A place for players to discuss their gameplay with each other.
3. A place for players to discuss other topics with each other.
4. 1-way notices and announcements from staff to you.
Staff do not use it hardly at all for anything else.
