Even if you are rich. Noirs are squishy with no damage and the patch is all screwed up. You can run 4 x melee rings and a 50% melee scroll and your melle doesn't change;

Hmmm probably cause Noirs damage comes directly from stat and not from inflated melee just pure melee plus that broken a$$ invenom(thorn whip) skill
