If my lv is 224 and my job is Gambler when i exchange the voucher will i get tipareth dagger(for lv 224) or Joker dagger(for lv 210)?

I would have to bet on the Tipa Dagger on this one. Since it does mention "that is appropriate for their class and level". So if it fits your character level then that will be most likely the item given to you.
