You have failed the mission

hello GM

my problem appear when i play tirbing's maker quest, all good after i talk to npc called shizinie. when i want to report mission to next npc, i accidentaly drop the mission, and i'm going back to sheizinie but it keeping says "you have failed the mission"

what should i do? plss help me GM

btw, i tried relogin, and uninstal and reinstall the game

Jablaymetal, You better send tickets to the GMs
They are the one who gonna help you with that.

That's what you get from dropping quest items. They (GM team) have been telling players not to drop them. They even made a broadcast about that several times before. I guess you did not see it. In any case, you just have to wait for their reply on your ticket.
