GMs don't need tickets to make changes. They just have to file a report based on what they think it would be the best. Since they don't even understand how it is possible to reach 700k melee (hint : party buffs) you should not have high hopes in them fixing things.


Yourself in your post doesn't even seem to understand that. PARTY BUFFS YOLO AND YOU'LL REACH 700K MELEE WITH RINGS +18 / chimera with 200 stones / one normal upgrade club / 75 allstats 90int costume x2 / absolute set +18 / scrolls 30% alm 50% melee.




fixing = remove 50%s or remove those ridiculous stats on costumes or remove absolute sets or remove walter medals or remove upgrade 2.0 or remove party buffs etc.

We are still considering some factors how has this occurred and it is still unknown to us why have this happened since this is a very rare case.
You can also say that the image is edited since it is very easy to manipulate stuff like this by just using some image editing software. (****ing clueless GMs)
Furthermore, we investigated this matter regardless of the evidence presented but yet this is still unknown to us and we will do our best to find out how has this happened.

Dude, get your head out of your ass and look around. Do you even understand how a company works? GMs work for a living. They are paid to do a job and that is to resolve tickets and manage the game. Their performance is based on their performance in those tasks. They are not paid to read these forums. And they certainly won't get anywhere trying to convince their managers that the game should be changed because a few people are complaining in their forums. They can't take forum posts to their managers, and upper managers/vice presidents and CEOs. However all those levels DO look at tickets. They don't give a rat's ass about the forums. The forums are here for players to discuss crap with each other.

Some take the time to respond with non-committal responses in the forums because they want to do it, but that isn't in their job description. They certainly don't have to do that except to act as a moderator (usually only one or two get that bit).

Not if they act on what they have been presented. You might not like what happens if they do. But any changes will have to come from Korea as they all do.

They are and no doubt sending the investigation to Korea to see if it needs to be included in their balancing work.

And I am sure they will be discussing it with KD as well.
