AFAIK there will be no further upg sales until PlayWithi decides to put them out based on the highest tier weapons. I don't expect that to happen until there is enough people making those top-end weapons in-game to actually sell them for tons of ecash on EM. When that happens they will release the upgrade v4.0 weapons in perfect time to destroy that EM market and totally piss off the makers of those weapons.
