    Your best get is to join LOTR tbh. They seem like a pretty decent lowbie guild and would be a good way for you to find other lowbies to lvl with.

    To join Lucid you have to know someone in the guild. And by knowing someone, I mean by knowing them for some time. Not like "oh he buffed me at lime, he's my friend. Invite me to the guild now" type of thing.
    And you would need to be much higher lvl to start with. We get kosed all the time and lvling can be pretty hard and at your lvl you wouldn't stand a chance of lvling. We do have lowbies, but they are mostly alt chars and buffers.

    Very true, I got free upg from my last Guild Master xD, though I'm not using it because I have my own and it's better.

    This depends on the guild itself. Some have an open rpk/ pvp policy, some have a pvp kos only policy, some are strictly farming guilds and neutral to everyone.

    All things one should enquire about before joining a guild.
