Well im not sure if the scout and ranger changes are set in stone but ratger than make Evade an evassion rating booster why not make it a real evade buff like actualle a miss % chance to make atking enemy miss rather than just boost the evasion rate half elfs gain per lvl because half elfs dont use agility gear. The new ghoust arrow buff is nice but make it buff able when stuned or paralised that way its kind of a counter for this kind of skills sinse scouts have no stun/paralised release just root(Melt). Another skill that should be looked at is Ignore Aggro either rework so its kind of a lvl1 aura with 70% chance for mobs to ignore the character or make something worth having in pvp or pve(its a pve skill ik)
Anotyer skill that should be changed is Combine Shot anything lvl related in this game is garbage rather make it a worth having pvp skill.LacieLane 135 Wizard
