Enhancement rate is the rate from Enhancer for Forged items (such as Glacials, Bedron) and Arrendal Enhancement.
So you can simply think it is for Plusing ("+") of Forged items (NOT Crafted items like Chimera, Talil or Opaniels.)

looks like a NONO, and that's the trick U think it work with boss drop and waste $$ for enhant, and in the end of a day U will get +0accesories xd

Its a FAKE..... FCK.... even +ing weapons to 5 is failing big time. Also you can't even reach to +14, at +8 to +11 fail rate is HELL........
