    My guess is that somebody reported you for doing RMT. You might want to find out who did that and prove that you didn't.

    They will never refund money youj spent on this game.

    but i were out didn't even touch my pc or log this game from long time ago so idk who did report me ,,,,,
    also i they wont gimme anything to prove
    they just said Banned and they wont restore anything while i still had all my **** in my account
