Gm, i dont know if this is the right place to do this. if not just close it, or tell me where to do it.
I want to transfer rps, from my old account to my new account, because i cant log in with it, is that possible?

it is possible if the old account you are trying to transfer RPs from is not yours.
create a ticket to support. prove you own the old account - they will tell you how - and they may be able to help you.
