    Unhappy my rps was hold until now. what to do?

    i buy this rps with paypal. the message said that 48 hours RPs processing applied on 1st charge. but it already 3 days and still hold. how to fix this? please help

    Sometimes there are delays. If that happens again send an email to their billing department. The GMs will redirect you to them as well if you send them a ticket. If I remember correctly, their email is billing@playwithi.com

    by the way, now i cant buy anything in the item mall.
    it said must contact the administrator.
    i already sent them report. but how long will it takes?
