PWi charges 1699 RPS (not ecash, RPs) for each transmutation preservation stone. That is $17 USD per pop. You realize that just about every Pay-to-play MMORPGs you can play an entire month on that $17 USD? But wait. Somebody here buys 17 of those hideously expensive, and fail-prone stones. That is $17 x 17 -- $289 USD to YOU guys for lousy preservation stones.

Do you mean to stand there and tell us all that spending a little under $300 just to transmute a weapon into an Arrendal is fine & dandy and everything is working hunkey dorey? Well I suppose from PWi's perspective it is since you guys just suckered that guy into giving you just under $300. From a player's perpective it is failing 100% of the time.

Look, nobody is asking you for 100% success rate, or even 70%, 60% or even 50%. We are all grownups here and realize that PWi has to get money from somewhere. All we are asking for is a reasonable failure rate that WORKS. What exactly is wrong with that? And why exactly do you have to keep deleting threads that somebody makes to bring it to your attention and get some kind of positive action on it? Why do you threaten to ban him if he does not shut up about it?

Yes, I know what you threatened mininub with. You don't call that bullying and being a nazi? I do. When all he got from you guys was "The game is working fine. Shut up or we will ban all your accounts".

Sorry, but your game is not working fine. I have seen there atrocious failure rates for myself and the main reason I won't give you guys another dime.

If you feel this is negative, well not everything can be roses. This game has serious problems with its 'chance' generator and needs attention. Attention that you guys are sweeping under the rug.

Am I negative? Damn right I am. Sometimes you guys need a fire lit under you to get anything done.

@popepogi - be carful bro. This GM is not Atzigan. He does not like you posting to get him looking at your tickets.
Before I start anything:@Popepogi, I responded to your ticket, I hope that my honest answer was satisfactory. Cute pic BTW~

Hello again Godsrage, we are lucky to have a player (Former or otherwise) feel so passionately about this game! It is a passion that we share together. Let's be very clear here, I am NOT Atzigan. That being said, we can continue to dissect your post. I do NOT care that you are negative, only that you are misinformed. I assure you, I was extremely lenient with mininub's extreme abuse of our Forum policies, the posts that were deleted ( There were over 30 ) were definitely NOT about the failure rates. He has received my ticket response and I trust we can leave it at that.

As for your opinion on our transmutation rates, I will reply with an answer similar to popepogi's ticket; we have an established and agreed upon success rate for our players that we felt was fair. However, with the recent influx of customer complaints regarding these rates, I have already assigned my people to work on checking them out. We investigate EACH ticket sent to us, with players claiming to have failed X+X amount of times, when they have actually only attempted X amount of times. We have players who have had success equal to our projected number, with players also going above and below these expected rates as well. That is part of the gamble of upgrading/transmuting your weapons.

Rest assured, I am personally investigating this matter to make sure that my players are taken care of. IF there is an issue with the rates, I will find them, and I will fix them. PWi wants to get our money from happy, satisfied players, wanting to invest in a game they love and care about. It makes no sense (From a logical or even a business standpoint) to take advantage of the people that have helped make this into the game it is today.

Thank you for stating a clear position on this. That is something we do not get very often around here.

We as customers ask that these complaints like these be be taken seriously and not simply disregarded. When we see what appears to be lack of attention on the part of PWi, some of is (i.e. I) get figuratively vocal.

For the rates on the Transmuting, I have noticed that if you do not use preservation stones, you achieve much better success rates in transmuting (but of course loss of the source weapon on failure). If you do use the preservation stones, that success falls to the point that is a 100% failure rate. I have tried using several of these stones myself and had seen that 100% failure rate myself. Without them I noted about a 20% failure rate. With them I have never experienced a successful transmute. Without them I have failed to transmute something only once - all other times were successful.

Thing is there is a difference setting a failure rate, and having the chance engine in the game actually follow that rate. For most areas where a chance engine is used, it seems to be pretty close to the rates I know of. For the Trinity Arrendal transmuting there is a problem as I have noted here and only when transmutation preservation stones are used..

Even my last post which was a LOGICAL opinion of how you decided to troll mini instead of being understanding and you removed my threads. Trying to silence your players not the way to go :P You're helping him now so thats all that matters Thanks for doing your job!

Yup thats how I see it now. All these years of playing this game and then quitting and then coming back. This drew me to my limit. The game is too dead to be draining any more than $150 on a weap (even that is ridiculous) Moving onto a new game!

Of course, if someone succeeded 17x in a row, no one would say a thing, funny right? Both are possibilities. Like the possibility that I am, as you said, a Nazi trying to censor things. You have posted a lot of comments telling people on the forums all sorts of negative things about the game, yet all the comments are still there. Hmm..

@Mininub: I have replied to your ticket, please do take a minute to read it, take it to heart, and remember; Sempai noticed you~ ;P
hun in rohan blood feud never will ever sucess 17 in a row , just wanted to let you know since you are new here.

you don't need 17 transmute success in a row. all you need is 1. when you can't get 1 success out of 17 attempts in a row, i see a problem that needs to be investigated. brought to the staff attention and according to staff it is being actively investigated. I for one can't ask for more.

Yup! I hope my discussion with Karazy makes it back to the devs to properly investigate it. It needs investigation for sure.
