Forge Rates should Be Increased

Really need do something about Forge, Refine rates atm even crafting is so bad, im triying make crystals and nothing, tried too boost my upg and fail to 0 using preservation Stone.

i know sometimes is luck but this is 99% fail 1% success no way, check my history log i, with this rates its not playable.

This kind of bad rates are kind of usual after a rate boost event for some reason rates tend to drop hard. GMs should be looking at it, last time they answered and the game seems to be dieng again -_-
