Regarding our payment method like Paypal or ClickandBuy, they're adding or removing their sub-method to purchase RPs through their system from time to time.
So we're not sure, Bitcoin or BitCash is available to purchase RPs.
However, if you can purchase through certain Payment method, it should be fine to both parties.
