    Grabbit prize

    Hello devs
    I used 5 grabbit tickets just now
    Here are my prizes in sequence: Yellow Iron, Black Rune Stone, Romantic Couple Costume - (40 Days), Romantic Couple Costume - (40 Days) and Angel Bag.XG

    I've already got the Yellow Iron and Black Rune stone, and the costumes but the angel bag.xg is not in my bank, I got enough space for it
    please I need my item A.S.A.P

    its almost 8 hours and my Angel Bag.XG still nowhere

    did the item delivered? because I have the same issue X.X now I got 2 TGD.XG that not delivered in my item bank inventory why??
