    Yeah I have seen another thread days ago regarding the same problem. His ticket was deleted for no reason.... I am very pissed off since they kept promising that they will have higher department to investigate my issue and yet my ticket was deleted. It's just total bs, this game lacks of management.

    I'm just wondering how you guys know if your ticket has been deleted. I haven't tried sending any tickets to support. Please shed some light on this issue x.x

    Just lot into support and look at your tickets. If you don't see a the ticket you posted in that list, it was deleted.
