They can't even figure out what the issue is with Power Arena, this is word for word response to a ticket I sent about this issue around two weeks ago:

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Then again, please be advised that we replicated all things about
Power Arena and we did not encounter any issues at all.
So yeah, how do you expect them to fix something when they can't even see the bug after being told what it is? Clearly they don't even know how Power Arena is supposed to work in the first place, since they seem to find everything is fine with it when they do it themselves.
