Cant Log In my account (how do i get a verification code?)

Please help. I made an account (this account, actually I can use in the forums) but i cant use it in the game. it keeps on saying in the log in that username does not exist. im new here and was wondering if someone could help me.

Are you using verified email? If so, then check your mail box!

To received your email properly, make sure that you don't have any special or added character to your email like; email@yahoo.com.ph , .id , etc .
