same thing has been happening to me. started when i installed avg internet security 2015. when had 2014 internet security everythign worked fine after i added rohan and gamegaurd to the exceptions list so doesnt block it. now even tho its added i still have to completly disable avg internet security AND avg firewall. even tho error says check firewall settings.. turning firewall off only doesnt allow connection. after it actualyl loads the game ( id/ pw screen ) i can turn all back on.. just have to disable to load gamegaurd.

this happend on 2 different computers. both with avg interenet security 2015 ( had 2014 previously on both ).
installed 2015 on this cpu about almost 2 months ago issue started immediatly. other cpu didnt update to 2015 until about 3 weeks later. durign that 3 weeks the 2nd cpu loaded fine as normal. ever since updated to 2015 i get the gaemgaurd error and only thig that fixes it is disable avg internet security AND avg firewall.

and yes before any1 asks i have checked alll settings on both computers and both are set to allow rohan and gamegaurd ( gamemon.des or wtvr it is ).

Hey guys, if you're having problems with GameGuard, in order for me to see what is conflicting with your Gameguard within your PC please send a support ticket with the zipped GameGuard folder within your Rohan installation folder. Once you send this to us we will be able to provide it to our IT and he will look into what seems to be the problem by contacting the Gameguard people. GameGuard failures sometimes can vary. If it's a global issue affecting to everyone it should be fixed for everyone at the same time.

What about Isen PA when is that going to be fix? It's been like what 2 months? or more

It appears if you make a really RAGETASTIC post about something being broken to the point of not being able to play the game a good portion of the time. You will get a response and a wanted solution. to ensure they keep spending players spending

well if you got league of legend client just run that one and close it and run the rohan client it will work. because it works for me ^^.

this error is very annoying deleting GG folder or restart work only 1 time, but still appear again closing all client open, it sux since CV update and they NO FIX IT.

Atzigan already mentioned to send the GG folder (Zipped) to support and let them check it out.
