While looking at the Isen Leaderboard and the current back end logs of who actually played the Elemental Dungeon from 02/03 until 02/11 6:00 PM PST I've been able to determine that there is only one winner within the entire list who actually participated in the event.

All the other members in the ranking displayed at 6:00PM PST did not participate with that entire team throughout the event leaving only one winner.
There are no winners below 5th place within the Rankist leaderboard due to the leaderboard not being tampered with as it happened in Jainus.
