Can't connect to my character

my char, Groots & Babyface can't connect to the game... i can login, to pick server and character. But i can't connect at the game.. what should i do?

Better send a ticket and request the GM's to relocate your character to see if that will fix the problem. Or, you could turn off your Firewall and Security first and if you are playing on a laptop, you could try and put its power performance to its freakin Maximum output.
