from what I saw in the video this is not the case. They are however near the top for pvp support.

Trinity update will not be for another few months (2 or so months as of now)

The first update to come will be the jin/ran server merge.

Late May? That's a bit too far from it's launch. It won't come with the merge but it's coming Q1. So far at least it's looking that way
