Hmm. What is the specific issue about this? I havent tried it yet LOL. As far as I know the event has its own timezone. Am I correct?

Lol, is this still an issue? Anyways you should declick your respawn buff(% boost to all stats) and then you could normally buff up and get the effects.

Yes we just double click the respawn PA buffs but this is still a problem u know why? It's because Dekan can be invinsible with that buffs. You can't hurt them while they got PA buffs and they can still dmg. That's one of the main problem. If everything is fair fight then I don't mine about this stupid bug but then again having dekan and priest on follow while dekan can't be stun, debuff, missses the whole time until the PA buff is gone is just rediculous. It's been more than 1 month and couple maintenance and they still haven't fix Isen PA.

Ynkie can't fix PA, and game balance cuz they focused on new sht that can be sold on Item Mall. Fixing in game bugs don't bring them $$ so they simply don't care

Maybe because, they are more focus on the server merge that's why they can't fix it.

Declick PA buff doesn't change anything, we can't deal any dmg to other player and yet they can debuff, sleep, dff 's or ffs. That's pretty unfair and stupid, I don't bother fight in PA anymore, poinless when all u r attack gonna be miss anyway.
