    Maybe you can comment your concern here, so if GMs visit the forum and check your thread, at least they can view the summary of your concern. I hope that suggestion can help. HAHA

    they can read the ticket and see the problem,why should i need to write here again.

    and just saying,YNK support not doing their job well they fix some people ticket in 1 day,when it comes to us it takes months to fix easy problems lol i just have a sealed character and cant unseal it.well like 25 day over and they not fix it yet lmao.

    I really dont know why this happens. We should be able to unseal our items even though the Exchange Market has been disable. Hmm. Any ideas or announcements seen about this?
