My Character Stucked in "Arena Zone"

Hello everyone, players, moderator, game master

i having a problem here
my character stucked in Arena Zone
there's no warp,no npc, but ruins
i have tried to teleport but says " not meet condition to use warp"
tried to summon, but nothing happened

this is my character information

Server : Duran

please help me to move my character to elim or some other town please,
this is my only character, so it's all i got, i cant do anything else
