    GMs helping on support

    hi GMs,
    im' waiting for a your response by about 6 day from department of "Tier 2 Compromis..." (GM GutterMagic are u in holidays?). I'm bored to wait u.

    Date issue: 12/01/2014 - Today 12/13/2014: no answer.
    I used $$$. So i want support!

    have you considered the fact that it was the weekend and they probably dont have many people working on the weekend. So they will get back to you as soon as they can. Cause other people spend money too. It doesn't mean you will be at the front of the line bruh.

    probably weekends, they are also human like us hahahaha.. anyway just try to give them time to fix your issue..

    oh sure, i know they are humans and not bots. But i'm happy if they respond me like: " we are working for u". Today 15 days, probably they are playing hide n seek
