On a side note Shawn, not only you would have to request an extradition for any french citizen to be judged in US court (any french judge will deny it for such requests), but I also handle a diplomatic immunity I can raise at any time in any court to make all the sues immediately void.

You're confusing criminal prosecution with litigation. different things. your own legal system will handle the proceedings while shawn's handled his in his country. diplomatic immunity will only help you if you are traveling outside your country and are an ambassador. Judging by your comments in these forums you are not. And believe me - the French government does not give a crap about you. They will not be your shield and would sell you out in a second.

I recommend both YOU and PlayWith (yes they and their ISP can be sued too - who would in turn go after YOU too for damages) read these:

Don't assume that being an another country or using a VPN client can protect you. You were not using that VPN when you made your accounts here, actually playing the game or using PlayWith's websites to buy RPs. And believe me, if Shawn's legal team decides to go after PlayWith and their ISP, there will nothing you can do to stop them from selling your butt out to save themselves.
