Also keep in mind that they have changed the damage values of pvE - having iffy forged gear (or decent for that matter) will help you no longer, unless you have an early death wish or are just stocked up with potions and patience.
Provided that you can actually forge, considering the rates.

Drop rate values are beyond silly on Isen, it's near impossible to grind your gear and by the time you've finally got what you need.. you're well past that level. Since you know how slow exp-ing is on these type of Korean mmorpg's..that really does tell you something.

So, instead, they put Chimera. Which is ok - for the first few levels.
Then you need to stock it with spiritstones, since they were that smart to increase the attack values of pvE well past the point that you still need plenty of those sockets filled on your chimera's.

One could say: well, if you put an Armor defense stone of say ~20%, you'd be more than fine, right? But guess what? Coincidentally they do not sell those. Isn't that unfortunate?



But you know what's the best part?
That they sell those spiritstones on the IM for actual $'s - but they still have a chance to fail.
