In fact, what cowboyhcm indicated is true in this situation. GM lie to us with his announcement "new upgs are leass powerful than old ones". I dont know if Atzigan play rohan or not and if he knows about old upgs/epic. That is the question of GM who doesnt know epic/upgs are.
