Error when trying to go to the characters screen

Hi,

I keep getting an error every time I try to go back to the character selection screen, while already in game.

I was playing on a different server and did not experience this until I came to the Jin server (where all my old characters are).

I took a screen capture of the error (see below).

Is there anything that can be done, or that I can do to solve this problem? It's rather annoying having to restart the game---wait on it to load, just to get on one character; then repeat the whole process again to play as a different character.
