Hey guys,
There's a couple points I would like to share before locking this thread.

- All account related issues or incidents, will not be discussed via the forums. We've said this before.
- We will not be discussing about previous GMs who are no longer with us.
- We will not discuss about what we did or did not do to accounts. Every case is personal and information is private.
- There are no dupers that have been released.
- "Lets keep it real" No one in the right mind will release users who are actually using third party software to exploit the game.
- Previous exploits, like the Dungeon some users were able to access to and some were not able to, and the stat overflow on characters were in-game bugs
that yes, players exploited, like several players, they love exploiting things from dummy accounts, Rohanopoly, to any bug, but such bugs were fixed. Meaning, this will not happen again.
- Were the users at fault? Yes they were at fault, and they were released by a higher department after discussing what caused the issue. Were they duping or hacking?
No, they were only exploiting either an item or a dungeon without any third party program which we fixed therefore after several months the higher ups decided to unlock those accounts. Some account bans are not permanent and we decide who can be unlocked or not depending on the severity of the case and the impact they caused.
- Most of the time, the users starting a witch hunt are not trying to be white knights, they are trying to ban their opponents guild so they can be the only ones that rule over all in-game features, therefore, not because a user says ban this guy, we will ban them, we will fully investigate the issue before we apply a severe sanction.
Our data determines what the users did and what their sanction will be, a users finger pointing to another user only makes us investigate the issue it does not issue an imminent ban it only makes us investigate the case.
- Most of the players reporting other players, are previous "friends" who had access to their "friends" account, so please be aware that we do not issue restorations to accounts shared by different IPs, so if you are account sharing and you lose some items, you are not eligible for restorations. And if you are currently account sharing, make sure to change your password, most of the "hacking" incidents we get are due to "account sharing". We can differentiate from account sharing and actual hacking.

I hope this satisfies your curiosity, we do not encourage witch hunts in the forums, as your forum account will be banned and further attempts to keep spamming the forums with the same message will only cause your in-game account to be locked.
