With 40-50k rps u can buy x4 upg without problem and u can't play yet because to be pro u need of feather +6-12 or anything and pro glacial set and to don't say full talismans. So I suggest u to play Isen where you just need of time to get up a class and with 40-50k rps which u can buy upg there u can get full gear...
