Come back to global rohan? Or stay on Private Servers

I used to play rohan 24/7. But I quit because people were hacking and GM's werent doing anything about, even though proof was sent to them. But I hear its finally fixed after a few year's(About time). Jin server is dead. I stayed logged in for 3 hour's no one at hazy, no one at upper, And plus I hear there is +18 ring's/Wep's there which you can no longer get, So no point in playing there because the people with the +18 stuff is just gonna roll on you. Ran server actually still seem's okay. Besides the fact that you might have to spend 2k$ a month to be a top. and maybe 500-1,000$ Total(just 500-1k forever) to a regular dekan, as in standard dekan. But eveything else at Ran seem's fun still. Isen, Well After i spent 200$ on twin's. I really just felt like quitting xD. Any suggestions or anything that someone will suggest to what server and what is the way to do it right.
Please no remarks about "oh your stupid for paying 200$"

Well if you are not liking any of the servers, why are you asking if you should stay on pservers or not?

Was just seeing if Global was good or not still. That's all lol. Im not gonna spend 10k$ on each server the first month to test it xD So i was asking for other people's opinions

Jin is dead, Ran WILL die, and Isen is their attempt to repair the damage they've done.
They've made some changes to IM so that it's not as P2W as the other servers. Emphasis on "as P2W". If you went to dung every day ever since Isen came out, you might have 1 set of twins. If you hundreds of dollars to spend, you can just keep buying scrolls of challenge, and have a dozen sets of twins in the same amount of time, or less.

They're nerfing some item stats so that it's not as unbalanced as other servers. Emphasis on "as unbalanced". I saw some rings over there with +15 Stats each, if you wear all 4 of them then you get +300 All Stats and +600 ---->Attack<----. So basically, end the end, Str Guardians are going to be hitting 500-600s while Templars hit 7k+.

The rates are, to put it bluntly, ****. Leveling is slow, you fail the majority of your forging and refine attempts, and farming is equatable to planting tree seeds in the Atacama Desert. It takes so goddamn long for your effort to bear any fruit... You have to kill about 100 mobs for 1 damn weapon part to drop, 2 if you're lucky. Killing mobs and leveling up though is actually easy... for the first 24 hours. Then the costumes and accs they give you expire and you can't kill a damn thing anymore.

This new server is just another money scheme by YNK/Playwith. Only the best of the best will actually make it to end game, and the best of the best... I mean richest of the richest players will be strong... And by players I mean Templars. Glacials have had their percentages capped at 40%, so the people who can keep putting Spirit Stones of their Maces, AND crafted armor (which is better than Glac Armor when socketed), will be at the very top.

This game has not improved... it's the same greedy tactics they used in the past, just reskinned. You could argue that it's actually downhill... just stay on Pservers.

I play on ran and on isen both are fun for certain reasons but then again I got 3 upgrades to play around with. If you really want to get into ran its possible even without upgrades there are many players using glacials and the new shiny DD stones. I skimmed through your original post it said something about dekans and dekans are something you can play with a glacial zhen using shiny option stones.

The "war song costume box" gives costumes with 500 vit, the min dd on shinys is 45% and the max is 58% which puts you in the same range as an epic zhen and a 3 pt zhen for DD. For rings you will want vit twins and 2 (artisans/craftsman rings) +8 or more and ran has a constant 300% boost to reinforcements which can lead to a maximum of +18 rings. If you go all out the best rings for a vit dekan would be 4 flame diamonds +18 (163 all stats and 1k+ hp). If you want to get even more into it you might want to look into making some +18 rings and trading them for an epic/upg zhen (if you are feeling lucky that is). Overall it is more than possible to be glacial especially if you are a vit class or a human (dual wielding is great)
