looks like we just aint getting them, really sad GMs cant clear their in-trays.

If you haven't received your Clashing Valley rewards from July 16 or July 17th please submit a ticket with the character name on the event server that took part in the battle. As long as your character was in the game once the battle started you will be rewarded. If your character got disconnected before the battle started we are unable to provide your account with any rewards as we can't determine the reason your character has left the battle. As the battle has not yet started your character would be able to reenter the battle if needed.
