Ok so as u can see on the ISEN IM u can buy novice preserv stone so here is my question : Can I make hunter kit 15/30 days from 2x8 hours and Unique Forge Preservation Stone (Novice) or i can only use the Unique Forge Preservation Stone ??

Negative! You can use a Hunter Kit (8hr) + Hunter Kit (8hr) + Unique Forge Preservation Stone (Regular one not the novice one) And there you go! HK 15/30 days
