Didnt receive my item mall stuff

I m a old retired player that just play this game again recently. So i decided to buy same RPS to some stuff on item mall.

But I cant access the item mall section in the game and i don't know why. So I just bought the item via seal online official website. I purchased it successfully.

When i return to the game, i didnt find any of the item mall stuff which i recently bought. I alrd check the item mall bank, but i cant find it. I alrd spent it over 3000 rps but i dont receive my stuff. PLease help !!!
