grabbit bug

my item from grabbit isn't showing in bank after 1 minute. it still in the item bank

then my account was bannd .can u give me a reason?

Hi!

I don't play Eclipse but I keep hearing "grabbit". It may be bugged and all the items you get from there gets your account banned or something. Since I believe it's that "grabbit" fault they will restore everything to you (incase you lost something, in this case the access to your account).
