Character stuck at arena zone! Help!

My char stuck at Arena Zone...
Can't warp can't do anything

and I used my x100% exp 1 day.... its going to waste
Please fix this many people have encountered this problem why dont u guys just implement a warp inside that freaking area? Thank you

Also remember that sending a ticket it's a better way to get support, since GMs don't check forums very regulary, but they do answer to tickets every day.

Well they didnt answer my ticket either, my first ticket was two days ago
this is the first game that have this bad support so far.... I can tell by the numbers of people that having problems
I guess people will dissappear even more and they wont make a dime out of this game
