I can't log into my character. I can log into my account and the server I'm in but as soon as I click on my toon and select confirm.. my account crashes or says that there is a problem with the connection and we have to disconnect you.

I created another account and I can log into the world easily but with my main account.. its shutting me out at the moment I try to log in at the character selection screen.

What's going on? and how can I fix it?
