Crashing everytime when trying to buy a guild emblem

First, i'm a guild master . my guild just reach lv 3 , but i keep crashing while selecting guild emblem
i thought it was okay for one time
i keep trying but same thing happens

need some enlightment here ASAP , and tell me what to do

Does it crash immediately or it's like 10sec then crash?

it crash when i start selecting emblems
but yesterday after i post this one i found a GM in front of the Lionel(GuildNPC) , maybe he want to look after it (i hope)
