    Unable to login to character

    If anyone can tell me how to fix this would be great. I login to my account and its been a while so it tells me I must change my char name. I put new name in the box it provides click confirm and get error below:

    "Unable to seal - More than 10 items in inventory".

    Would love to login to my char to bad I cant and im not gonna start from scratch.

    Edit #1: For all Forum Mods/GM's

    I have already submitted ticket and it is currently at lvl 3 under review.
    If you get relovant information please let me know asap. TY!

    Yea you're looking at characters which were created before the first server merge. Initially you could rename your character and it would be fine, but since a second merge happened after that, the ones which were not renamed technically had no name/data to begin with and therefore cannot be logged into until support is contacted and they manually do it for you.

    If you didn't explicitly mentioned the #AH (Ahkma) and mention the merge issue, you may want to follow up with it so they know to change it.
