Since you're not a frequent forumer, I'll be nice and break down what I am capable of, and why your post is just painfully naive.
I can:
-Pass such information to higher-tier GM's.
-Get tickets re-investigated given an account ID and ticket number.
-Moderate the forums with administrative tools.
I cannot:
-Read your mind.
-Know what tickets you may or may not have sent.
-Immediately diagnose all problems pertaining to the game.
-Immediately resolve all problems related to the game.
-Promise any fixes of any kind, especially when I do not know what the problem is.
-Gain access to support, development, or server tools needed to potentially resolve bugs or other issues.
-Fix your connection to the servers (there's a connection problem occurring SOMEWHERE between you and Playwith).
I am not obligated to:
-Solve or attempt to solve any given problem occurring with your client.
-Actually care whether or not you are able to log into the game.
-Contact Playwith representatives and get the issue investigated by contacting higher-ranks in the company directly so this problem which includes many players is resolved.
-Bypass player support by performing any of the above to maximize player retention in-game and keep everyone happy.
-Get involved with any affairs pertaining to those that occur in-game which do not involve forum moderation.
With the above in mind, please re-consider your response and your generic attitude towards me. I do this on my own accord because I do indeed care about the game and its players. While I understand the frustration, keep in mind I have no methods of actually fixing this myself but will forward this appropriately should you want me to. If you wish to protest my services, then by all means I can make sure you do not get included in any efforts to resolve the issue.
