Characters deleted?!

I Played earlier today on my account I made after months of break of Rohan. I played with my girlfriend all day long until I had to drive home. well long story short, when I got home, tried to log into my account it said "you're already logged in, do you want to disconnect? (takes up to 2 minutes to disconnect!)", so I said - yes -.. Waited 2 minutes and logged in and found my characters deleted, (a lvl 19 Dekan).

And thats not everything, my Girlfriends characters were also deleted a few minutes earlier than mine, so we're both frustrating, annoying and sad that this continuing to happen (the reason why we had a Rohan break, was that our characters were deleted all the time...)

We haven't spread any information whatsoever, we hardly talks in the game as we can talk to each other IRL or through Skype... so my question is, Why? and how can this ever happen with a game like this? is it someone who have hacked into our accounts, deleted the characters or is it the game?? Where's the problem?!

Please respond ASAP, Im quite furius atm -.-'

I remember the first time I launched the client through ijji and then launched it through Global RBF and started to freak out because I couldn't make find my character. Great LOL moment.
