Guild Emblem Bug

good day sir/mam,

i have a trouble with my guild icon. even though we have enough BP and Cegel in guild bank and inventory,
we can't pick our icon for some reason. when we try to click OK for icon the palyer who pick it when disconnected.
can you help us with this bug or maybe help us with information for guild icon creation.
