Question: Why I cannot access the Couple Store?

• Both Couples should be online at the same to access the Couple Store

Question: My couple and I gained 1 couple point but she able to gain 3 roses but I only got 2 roses. How does that happen?

• Obtaining roses will depend on the total couple points and the character's current level.
• The character's level will determine how many roses she/he will gain per points. (Kindly please refer to the table below)
• Even both of you have the same points, you will still gain different rose if you and your couple are at the different level.
• Minimum rose per point is 1 and the maximum roses gained per points is 3.
  

Scenario 1:
Character 1 has 1 total point and he is level 177
Character 2 has 1 total point and he is level 116
Character 3 has 1 total point and he is level 244

Therefore,
Character 1 will have 2 Roses because 1pt * 2 Rose/pt = 2
Character 2 will have 1 Rose because 1pt * 1.43 Rose/pt = 1.43, Round it of = 1
Character 3 will have 3 Roses because 1pt * 2.89 Rose/pt = 2.89, Round it of = 3

Scenario 2:
Character 1 has 10 total pts and she is level 219
Character 2 has 10 total pts and she is level 249
Character 3 has 10 total pts and she is level 300

Therefore,
Character 1 will have 25 Roses because 10pts * 2.52 Rose/pt = 25.2, Round it of = 25
Character 2 will have 30 Roses because 10pts * 2.97 Rose/pt = 29.7, Round if of = 30
Character 3 will have 30 Roses because 10pts * 3 Rose/pt = 30

Scenario 3:
Character 1 has 100 total pts and she is level 219
Character 2 has 100 total pts and she is level 249
Character 3 has 100 total pts and she is level 300

Therefore,
Character 1 will have 252 Roses because 100 pts * 2.52 Rose/pt = 252
Character 2 will have 297 Roses because 100 pts * 2.97 Rose/pt = 297
Character 3 will have 300 Roses because 100 pts * 3 Rose/pt = 300
