Best Chance atm as Int-Dekan is to go for Melee+Weapon Attack(boosts Magic Attack also) , Weapon Attack + Crit-Chance (i dont like crit here to much thou since out scalings and chances arent that good), Crit-Chance+Crit-Dmg(same as one before but maybe better since we boost the crit-dmg significantly) or Melee+ Crit-Chance.

Atm my Impression on my lvl 88 int-dekan is that you prolly should go for melee and weapon Attack, since you can basicly spam skills without stopping if you include Physical Attacks in your Rotation so melee helps on breath and those skills. Rings can be Melee+Magic.
