A Quest without a clue

there is this quest named "Wood Element"



and I've tried to talk to Wilphson and he says nothing but the Tavern keeper told me to find a Gypsy in Glasis River, I've run around both Upperstream and Downstream Glasis River and found nothing of this Gypsy. Is there any guide of this? please I want to know the rest of the story


UPDATE: I WENT TO SHINA AND THE QUEST IS GONE IDK WHY AND I CANNOT SEE THE RECENT DIALOGUE HELP
