    Reinforcement / Enhancement Rates

    Please raise reinforcement / enhancement rates to same level as it was on Ran server before servers merge.

    Be fair and dont protect some players who was playing on Ran server.
    Give same chance to everybody.
    People have absolutely no chance to make same things now.
