I'll give you a hint on how rates work. If you have ever gone fishing on this game you know that there is a bar colored green and a pointer that's supposed to stop in the yellow part of that bar. That yellow part is very small and the pointer moves very fast if you can stop the pointer at least 5 times in the yellow part of the bar then you must be lucky. But as you must know the chance of stopping in the green part is like 99% of the time. That's at least an idea for how rates in this game works. GL
